Ultimate Full or Windows Error Notification?

Just came back from last playing in... late September? I'm liking a lot of the new changes. I like the better sounds in particular. Maybe I imagined it, but it sounds like the audio has had some improvements. I like the sound when my ultimate is charged. It's useful.
The problem is, the ultimate charge sound just sounds like a Windows notification when I am in the middle of combat and other sounds drown out all but the upper range of the sound.
In combat, I can't distinguish between the ultimate charged sound and a windows notification. I see no option to change the volume on it, or perhaps make it a different sound effect.
I feel like every time my ultimate is ready, the game is going to dim the screen and show a pop-up to ask me if I'm sure I want to allow my ultimate to make changes to the enemy.
It isn't the end of the world, but this is slowly driving me insane.

✭✭✭✭✭I have always set Windows to not make any sounds, (I don't need my PC dinging me when it is feeling codependent and needy).
You are correct that there was a change in the sounds and it was a good change. They changed in game sounds and UI sounds.
I don't know if you can change individual UI sounds or not, and some of them do seem to get mixed together. However the alternative is to use one of those addons that put flying text on your screen for various things and that would bug me to no end, not sure about you.
It took me couple of hours to get used to it, but now I can pick out the Ultimate Ready Sound in the thick of things, most of the time.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
