Could whoever is in charge of book activation radius please fix the stupid letter under the board that overlaps the activation radius of the bounty board? I.E. 9/10 times you open a letter from some NPC instead of activating the bounty board turn-in.

Wait so because we don't require you to be V14 and mandated skills on your bar were not "elite". Seriously lol ok chief what's that make all the "elite" guilds when we smash them and send them packing? I find it hilarious when ppl try to label other ppl or guild based of something they think they know about. So TKO accepts any vet lvl, teachs them how to rickroll your little zerg balls and oh yea they stick around with us for the duration. Our teamspeak is usually filled with PPL having fun and kicking the crap outta the other faction. Just so were clear on this, the most effective DC guild is No Mercy and based off my kill counter the player that has killed me the most times in hovaling( or whatever the name change has made him ) with 34 kills. My most killed player is hovaling with 39 kills. So lets see that means im fighting DC's best more than any other group and im coming out on top.
