I'm not on my PC right now so can't check, but do
Vampire: Elusive Mist (30% movement speed)
stack with
Sorcerer: Boundless Storm (30% movement speed)
for a total of 60% movement speed?
If so, yay!

Sacadon✭✭✭✭✭Been a whole since I've tried it. So provided they've not recently changed, yes they stack. You've to activate boundless first of course.5
