A few days ago, I finished Cadwell's Gold on my 2nd character

Sad thing is this will leave your character at about VR4 and u will have finished Cadwells gold and nothing much else to do rather then every dam annoying quest and dolmen left in the game

Although it would have been nice to get some special reward other than a cheesy gold necklace, I think the thing that bugged me the most was how anti-climatic the end of Gold was story wise. ZOS could have done so much with that like a final quest with Cadwell, Meridia, remaining Companions, etc. Instead, it was "Here's your neckless. Don't let the door hit you in the arse on the way out."
Way too many quests in this game. such a great game, but make 1/4 of the quests, and boost the xp gains from PvP'ing, just random mob killing,...I'd love to just get a group of 4 together, go into a massive dungeon, and fight everything in an evening. Maybe some nights I'd do some solo questing, some nights some solo pvp'ing, some nights hanging with others doing group questing, and some nights just hanging out doing group grinding.
I just don't understand why Zos forces us to quest, and 95% of them being solo. It's very flawed. I'll never do an alt because of it, making the replayability of this game non-existent for me. They made leveling a very linear process...such a shame.

Not everybody lives for only PvP and/or groups. Yes groups and PvPare fun but I enjoy the quests and the solo PvE stuff also. ESO is trying to please all three types of players and will always seem unbalanced to one crowd or another.

Nope, ESO is only pleasing you here. I like solo mob grinding, I like group mob grinding, I like PvP. None of these are good ways to level.

Group mob grinding is about 10 times faster than questing for leveling.
1 Veteran Level (1,000,000 XP) in a bit over 1 hour.
PVE-only players miss out on the 50 skillpoints received from PVP levels, yet they're not complaining about those.Way too many quests in this game. such a great game, but make 1/4 of the quests, and boost the xp gains from PvP'ing, just random mob killing,...I'd love to just get a group of 4 together, go into a massive dungeon, and fight everything in an evening. Right, and you miss out an x number of skill points.
