Can you help me login?

Everytime i go to login on the downloader it says that I need a code and that is has been sent to my email but whenever I check it's not there pls help

It can take a few minutes. But you may need to contact customer service to make sure you email address was entered correctly.

Also check your spam folder. Sometimes it does go there.

I did but nobody have contacted me yet

Hey there @mar9pats,

Customer support does their best to reply to all submitted tickets within 24 hours. The general solution to this issue is to have your account's email address changed to a different one, which customer support will be able to facilitate for you. Thanks for your patience while they reach your ticket!
