is there a problem? i have noticed the time between i summit a tickets, it used to be like 24 hr response or sooner now sense that 3 months ago i have been waiting on a couple of my issue some haven't been replied to and 2-4 weeks later there replied to.

✭✭✭If you submit multiple tickets that can affect their response time. I always just submit one and go on about my way. Sometimes I get a response in an hour sometimes it takes a week.
Guess it depends on how backed up they are.0 -
