They wanted storage space to be limited so that you don't horde
Which is inconvenient. There are ways when making a game "convenient" that it is bad for the game. For example spoon-feeding easy content to players. However allowing players the convenience of not having to log into 5 characters to find out where you put a specific item is not one of them.Beats me. Between Cadwell's Almanac, bank space and hirelings, it's like the devs purposely designed alts as storage mules.

IMO, they didn't think it through, and underestimated the things players would want to keep.
when you look at the game from a multiplayer standpoint of balance.
I myself don't think there is enough bank space. I feel that the developers of the game should make a large amount of storage space instantly available at the start of the game.
Having enough storage space means we can collect things that we have a back story with. I myself would love to be able to keep my disguises and certain weapons/armour just because its what I do in TES games.
Heh! If there'd been enough space I'm thinking there would have been people who kept every scrap of armour handed out at the end of region questsfirstdecan wrote: »If I remember correctly, it was part of having the character make meaningful choices. Having ALOT of storage space means being able to keep things because they hold personally value. And when one personally values something it creates a stronger connection to the account than when one values something over gameplay reasons.

This is true. But also no-one needs to be a crafter. No-one needs to be in a guild. No-one even needs to play PvP.
The game is entirely playable without them...but it isn't as much fun.

The thing is that people with mule alts don't seem to be having fun. At least, those who come into the forums to complain about a lack of storage space do not seem to be having fun.
Correct me if I am wrong. Are mule alts fun to play?
