New way to get around Cyrodiil!

Horses;
1. Start with full stats. (stats based upon which horse is purchased.)
2. Stats Degrade Over Time after purchase.
3. New horses must be purchased after Horses "Get Old".
4. Have the option to add; Armor, Straps, and "cosmetics" to your horse as it earns more exp in "battle".
Can I get some agrees?

Horse system is nice in ESO, only problem is lots of running in cyro, so degrading your horse's stats will only make it worse, not to mention spending massive amount of gold on new horse, while pvpers usually struggle with getting decent gold for pots and food...Vinyamar - AD vr14 sorc RANK: 30
