Provisioner Writ question

i have 11 lvl character with 50lvl provisioning
skillpoints 3/3 hireling
i got roast pig and other 1 lvl drink task for wirts
i abandon the quest, and spent 6/6 to Recipe improvement
now i got the quest Beef Sirloin+Crystal Beer - level 40 food and drink
the same with Recipe quality 3/3

but i want to get the same wirts as my main character, 11VR
like Berveza vitae+Honey Brittle

is is possible with low level character?

I also have this. I think alts will only get vr crafting writ once they are vr,even if they have maxed out the skill?

I've been really disappointed with the rewards from the Provisioning Writs anyway. Seriously, green recipes I already have for my VR5 level 50 Provisioner? WHY?

Well then you've been much luckier than me. I've gotten nothing but greens and I've been doing the writs every day since they came out.

The best I get as a reward was blue recipe. And twice I get pepper.

I got a purple I used and a couple of blues I already knew. Onions and red wheat, don't remember what else.
