Provisioner Writ question

i have 11 lvl character with 50lvl provisioning
skillpoints 3/3 hireling
i got roast pig and other 1 lvl drink task for wirts
i abandon the quest, and spent 6/6 to Recipe improvement
now i got the quest Beef Sirloin+Crystal Beer - level 40 food and drink
the same with Recipe quality 3/3
but i want to get the same wirts as my main character, 11VR
like Berveza vitae+Honey Brittle
is is possible with low level character?
