Stay On Crown DC/NA

Stay on Crown is a new pvp guild that requires members to follow one rule, to stay on crown. SOC has been created due to the present lackluster performance of Daggerfall Covenant in cyrodiil. SOC will participate in all styles of pvp that promote first and foremost the success of winning the campaign. Additional requirements are build/loadout adjustments to help enhance group play and single target play. New members will be required to submit a profile from esohead to describe his/her build. Those who need help, will be trained and shown which skills work and which do not in large scale and small scale battles.

The guild leader for SOC has been a member of top guilds in AD and DC and has participated and lead in organized pvp with over 12 different guilds through voice chat. All tactics are advanced but easily teachable to new members who are willing to listen and follow basic instructions. While veteran and skilled players are welcome, we prefer to train and befriend newer players who have a good attitude and willing to learn. The core members of SOC are good friends who are willing to help and go out of their way to help new members in many different ways from gear to build advice. Adults are preferred but mature men and women over the age of 16 are welcome.

Lastly, TeamSpeak will be restricted to new members in one of 2 ways. Those wishing to participate in teamspeak will be asked to keep communications to a minimum until the member is no longer in "probationary recruit" status. The second option will be a non- required to teamspeak option. A navigator and logistics leader will provide simple commands in group chat that must be followed. Again, the main rule is that you stay on crown, which will be the command most of the time.

    1. Using 5 meatbags as if the siege disease stacked.
    2. The crown is solo scouting keeps
    3. After a breach, the raid gathers up and stands in front of it for a countdown, giving the enemy oil potters on teamspeak the perfect one time oil drop mass killing.
    4. Seeing an atronach drop. Seeing another atronach drop. having 3-4 atronachs drop by each sorc team mate
    5. Looking on map and seeing a long line of chevrons moving to a location in groups of 1-3. Watching them get ganked one by one.
    6. Watching half a raid chase a sorcerer while the other half dies at a siege waiting for reinforcements.
    7. 24 man raid, 6 siege up, 12 people looking in backpack, 4 rambo's off doing their own thing
    8. The guy in the raid who always thinks we said "go to nikel"
    9. The 24+ man raid group that tackles resources for a living
    10. The return to bounty players that leave without telling anyone, then shopping for pvp gear for 20 min.

Um Thechemicals may I enquire what the list is in aid of? Examples of why stay on crown works? I ask as I have been looking at all the DC PVP guilds, and not sure what you are driving at. I am always happy to learn more about PVP, and if these are examples of why DC gets whooped some times , then fair enough but otherwise, the point if you please :)

Staying on the crown works for many reasons. The main 3 are
    1. prevents death via gankage that causes that dead raid member to ressurect at a keep, further distancing himself from his group
    2. Allows the chance to combat a larger organized force at full group capacity rather than "whoever decided to show up on the crown".
    3. Allows healing and support skills to be used on group members. barrier, healling spells, aura.

Attacks are simply more succesful together than alone.
