Soooo who's not leaving the game ?

Just got word tonight another handful of people I play with are letting their subs run out this month due to imbalance and lag . So I figured I'd ask who's staying so I know who I'll still be playing with ... Also let me know if you're DC and staying NA Thornblade please . I'm not leaving , I like the game but I get why my friends are again .

LOL. The amount of unsubbed people I know says otherwise.

I want a good excuse to stay, and im hoping that enough people tough it out and things get better, but the fact that i took a 15 dollar reoccurring payment off my card says a lot. You spend that much to see a 2 hour movie, which is currently looking to be a better investment.

I will stay until there is another game on the market that recreates DAoC experience better than TESO, and i don't expect that to happen anytime soon.

For now I will be staying... but I'm not impressed with ZoS' work. Sloppy, lazy, ignorant of player needs, there is a whole list of things that could be said here that I will leave in other threads.

I went monthly after my 6-month sub was up. Sunday I would have said "yes, I'm staying DC NA", today I'm only 50% confident in that statement. I'm gonna try not playing for the rest of the week and see if I miss it.

ill be keeping the sub in high hopes that they pull there *** together as i really enjoy playing the game, i am gettin fed up with the lag and other bs that goes on, but owell 15$/month isnt really a worry

Motivation to play the game at all pretty much gone. The 1-50 experience was great and after that pvp until the "low population" bonus finally made it impossible to feel this was a fair and winnable fight. Add that to the pervasive impression of them desperately trying to use smoke and mirrors to hide the true state of thing and to be honest it's getting to the point where my sub is justified by my box seat view of a total corporate bog-up of epic proportions. I'm getting laughs each week playing "Guess what Zenimax have done now" with friends.

Will think about the possibility to come back if I read in the Patch Notes:

Fixes to "Working as Intended" mechanism:
"We have identified the issue with "ZOS' Intentions for PvP" and have a first of many fixes implemented. We will continue to listen to the players and adjust our intent so as to make it compatible with the players' opinion. This is an ongoing process and will not be finished in the foreseeable future".

Thanks bud always liked talking to ya. I dont want to leave, I really do enjoy playing this game.

But right now, we arent playing it. I actually went to the extreme at one point of changing my real life schedule to play. I would honestly put off going to the gym until prime time, in hope that when I got back the lag would be gone. Thats how bad it got.

Now that there is sitll consistent lag, and even if its playable I end up defending my gates with 1-2 bars against a locked pop no thanks.

A bunch of us, myself included, downloaded and started leveling characters in another game already.

If you like the action style of play, and want even better PvP and better customer support try Terra. They have arena mode PvP so no need to worry about zerg created lag or being overrun by a billion other players.

At first I loved the idea of the enormous sieges that Cyrodiil provided, but after ESO I am no longer sure and looking retrospectively would have probably just been happier with Arena mode.

I'm sticking around for now. More to do with guildies making the game fun more then anything as pvp is still in shambles and looking bleak. That said I feel theres actually some interesting stuff to do in the land of pve milksops, however the pvp experience is what sold me to hit that preorder button and will be what keeps me.
Also in process of leveling a DC alt when I'm bored if anyone is thinking of doing the same let me know as solo leveling is boring as hell once you've done it once

Perhaps the customer service in NA. EU not so much.

im leveling an NA DC toon right now.

I'm giving it till the Champion system. If the Champion system has at least SOME fixes, i will stay. If not, im going back to WoW.

It will be a shame to leave after having spent so much time with the game, but in its current state, i have no reason to continue playing.

Game is sick - get over the lag. There is no other game this big, with these graphics. There are some teething problems..... and what?

Patience. WOW had these lag issues and wow is crap. With mega drive graphics.
