Soul Tether or Veil of Blades for leveling purposes

The title says it all. Any experienced nightblades want to let me know which has been more effective while leveling in your experience?

guybrushtb16_ESO✭✭✭✭IMO it's Veil. Draw as many mobs as their leashes allow, run around a corner and drop the veil. Soul Tether could work too, but the damage reduction on veil is usually more helpful to finish off stragglers and ranged mobs that may be in the pull. Soul Tether does have it's uses though, mainly in pvp because being an aoe, it punches through blocking.0 -
