Medicinal Use - Resulting Effects last 10% Longer...
- It is quite clear on things like stun, speed, invisibility - longer IS better
But
What about on Restoratives such as Panacea's of Magicka, Health, or Stamina?
Does the passive ability increase the amount of time the restorative effect lasts too? If so this is a BAD skill - unless of course it increases the restorative value too.
Right now it's 406 Health over 14 Seconds - if this skill adds to this type of potion it now becomes 406 Health over 15.4 Seconds - NOT an Improvement
Above is what I want clarification on before getting the skill. But the general timing issue shows up elsewhere too:
This timing issue also shows up in other areas too: Such as Enduring Rays (3/3) which Increases Ability Duration by 20% which results in my Reflective Light IV doing the same amount of damage but over a longer period of time - AGAIN - NOT and Improvement.
In the case of Restoratives and the above referenced ability (and those like it) - the passive abilities should have a negative time effect or subsequently enhance the damage/restorative values.
