Damage Settings/Gear/Skills/etc

I am about to hit Vet-14. I have survived through the game, using the following set-up . . . BUT I have noticed many others killing enemies at twice the speed that I do it in. At Vet-14, I would like to re-spec EVERYTHING for super damage. I am even willing to pay to re-set all attribute and skill points. Which are the best set pieces. I can make almost anything.
Here is my current set-up:
TYPE - Group PVE
WEAPON - 2H GreatSword
ARMOR TYPE - I am using HEAVY head, chest, legs, shoulders and feet . . . AND . . . I am using LIGHT waist, and hands . . . All legendary with purple enhancements (mostly health and a couple of magics).
SET PIECES - Torug's Pact - 3 pieces (weapon, waist, and hands) . . . and . . . Song of Lamae - 5 pieces (head, chest, legs, shoulders, and feet) . . . and . . . 3 piece jewelry set - magic and magic generation.
SKILLS USED - Critical Rush - Unstable Flame - Flame Lash - Dizzying Swing - Green Dragon Blood - Standard of Might
