Bow fixed - no more heals debuff

being killed by snipe was never the issue: it was the heal debuff. the heal de-buff just made it ridiculously easy.

whining about being killed by snipe spam in the first place, heal de-buff or not, is idiotic.

The heal debuff was broken and was stacking causing players to get zero healing. You need to be healed a bit, zero is not acceptable.

Hmm, so what if my bow has the disease enchant and it procs. That should still debuff as well as the lethal arrow hit? Understandably it would not be a constant thing like it was before, but my bow is powered and gold...

The issue is with lethal arrow it self. It debuffs 50% of healing on hit and was stacking to 100% regardless of weapon enchants.

im curious so what happens if you hit by multiple lethal arrows hit by one player for 50% healing debuff and then another wonder did zos test it?. hope if enemy hit you with one healing debuff no other debuff of another players lethal arrow you can't be effected while current effect lasts.
