jeevin✭✭✭✭✭Well it looks like they can't actually implement the Imperial City until they fix Cyrodiil. So maybe the biggest impact will be that pvp will be playable.

✭Imperial city will be PvE instance in PvP zone. After capturing necessary keeps and cleaning Imperial city from previous owners pvp ends.
Buff campaigns will become into IC farm campaigns. I think best things what IC will give for pvp will be fixing lags and bugs in Cyrodill.Some men just want to watch the world burn... I just want a cold beer!1
