Schno✭✭✭Unholy Knowledge doesn't require the use of Dark Magic to gain it's benefit. Therefore it pertains to every skill. Other passives have requirements. You can see some examples in the Daedric Summoning Line here: http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Daedric+Summoning+Skills
