Chickens Are Worth 14 Gold

In the new justice system video, killing a farmer's chicken gets you 14 gold added to your bounty.

Discuss.

Will there be vendors selling chicken strips in Tamriel?

Will Chik Fil A accrue a bounty from PETA?

Will ZOS have grilled chicken at their annual Christmas Party?

How are things like this not going to be exploited? Player A racks up a huge bounty and gets his friend, player B to kill him, then split the gold. Rinse, repeat.

If players kill chickens so they have enough money to feed their family, I am perfectly fine with that. And like the Cuccoos in Legend of Zelda, eventually the chickens will try to kill you too!

@dharbert: where was it stated that players would get the bounty amount from killing criminals?
In my opinion the only rewards would be achievements and maybe a few gifts here and there but not thousands of gold.

Also, the PVP part won't be in 1.6 as far as I know.

Issues like these are probably why the PvP part of the Justice System is being delayed until the base part is working and established.

Everytime someone mentions chickens here I think back the person who said on this forum, (before it was this forum, when ESO was on Bethseda's forum page) there was a post about killing a bunch of chickens in Skyrim, then rezzing them using a spell, which literally created an army of undead chickens.

I'd love to see that in ESO.

You can shove your scuttler pets, I'd rather have an army of undead chickens to do my bidding.
Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...

Who, exactly, do you think will collect the gold bounty that increases with every chicken death?

Do you assume NPCs will collect that gold bounty?

Cause I assume PCs will collect it and I think that makes far more sense.

PC chicken death profit is something the vegans have denied us for far too long.

Probably an icd on how many/who you can kill per day, or a maximum bounty limit.

It also may be more cost efficient to grind mobs for money, than grinding chickens for a bounty / divided by two.

Also if you rack up a huge bounty, you better be sure someone else doesn't stumble upon you and your friends money making scheme.

My guess is its either going to be a small percent of the bounty, or repeatable quests that will grant xp, enforcer xp/credit. And a small bounty of gold for your troubles
