Let's be realistic. Everyone was just "whipping this out" all over the place. Without some kind of nerf, Cyrodiil would have been little more than a candygram filled with dynamite.I'd bet that those that moaned about Night Silence, and went cyring to Mmmy ZOS calling for the nerf are the same one's calling for a Nerf on Take Flight, Blazing Saddles, Reflective Scales, Fea and Lethal Arrow just to name a few.
The more blazing saddles references the better. :P
