No 6 Month Loyalty Reward?

Many of my guild-mates and myself who have been playing since early access have not received our 6 month loyalty pet. What gives?

It seems like their system of handing them out is a bit... random...

If you've been subscribed for 6 months and didn't get it, send in a ticket to customer service, and they'll send you one. If you're patient, though, the next round should be sent out later this month.

I made a ticket and they sent me an email that they would send it to me, that was two days ago, I'm still waiting.

yeah OP i sent a ticket in as well. they said their doing it in waves. The guy i was talking to said i wasnt on the first wave but i would get mine soon. I got it now so i do believe him. no promise on when yours is coming but you can always submit a ticket or an email.
