Can a developer please explain to me why I need to get a notification saying:
"Leaderboard: Your guildmates completed Aetherian Archive [or X] with a time of [T]"
Especially when T is like sometimes 2 hours or something less impressing.
Please developers:
Can we please have a tickbox under settings that says "I what to get notifications on progress from guildmates in dungeons" Yes/No.
I have to get and clear a couple of these AA notes each evening.
(and I love this game but not this feature)

✭✭By-the-9's Add-on will eliminate most of these. I've never seen anyone say how much they love the notifications, but plenty of threads against them. That should be a clear message to ZOS how players feel about this. ✭I'd like to be able to have a setting for each guild, so I can ignore trial completions for my trade guild, but can still see the ones for my small "normal" guild.

They were very clearly created to promote Trials. Why ZOS stubbornly refuses to remove them considering the overwhelming negative feedback is beyond me.

Because contrary to their word, they do not read these forums. Just look at threads about lag in PVP. It took them weeks to make a comment in a thread about it, where they are asking players to explain when LAG appears. After weeks of bug being known!!! If they did read these forums, they would ask those questions day or two after it became public knowledge.
If you want to be heard in a reasonable time, use reddit. ZOS's devs prefer it over these forums.0 -

I disagree, I like that people keep posting about it numerous times, if ZOS finds it annoying now they know how it feels in game. If only we could add a loud BOINK every time one of these posts are created, then it would be even better.1 -

It was probably a high level management decision to include them in the first place, and upper management seem very, very slow to respond to real life reactions to the game.0 -

I understand ZoS wants to promote theese but im paying a bloody subscription, i shouldnt be forced to install an ad-block for that game.0
