For those of us here from launch, many might remember the horror of the bank issues early on. Banks were dropping upgrades, losing items and money. Many times CS was able to give back lost items and upgrades, but I heard horror stories about people not getting lost gold back.

I'm hoping to start keeping gold from my different characters in the bank, but have been a bit hesitant. Anyone had any issues lately, or any trouble getting them fixed if so? (If ZoS is reading this - will you guys return gold if it mysteriously vanishes from the bank?)
