idea... option to turn Armor into Costume Pieces

My lower level toons look better in their armor then my VR14's. kinda backwards?
Idea......
Add a option when we right click on the armor to turn it into a Costume piece.
Then you would need to add costume slot for Chest, Legs and Boots to our equipped accessories section under our inventory tab.
Or
How about adding a section on the crafting window to give us Style of Chest pieces along with, Mats Type, Racial Style, Traits?
Leather and Cloth both of the lower level Chest armor for female is much better looking then mid level to top level.
Plate armor has hardly any styles that look good on the female.
