When I had become Empress in pvp, a fellow guildie just decided to give me 15k for things because I didn't have much gold at the time.

Getting and keeping Emperorship is never the work of just one individual... it takes many people to achieve it. And sometimes there are also kind visitors from Planet Wabbajack...

A friend sells me potions for a very cheap price whenever she has the right kind.

My guildies have helped me farm AP and to farm a particular set item (haven't gotten it yet). I was given Warlock shoes by a guildmate when they were new and expensive. The same guildmate has also provided me with numerous filled soul gems in dungeons... ...which reminds me, I should buy a stack of soul gems, fill them, and give them to her. If there is something that needs to be crafted, it is pretty much guaranteed someone in the guild can help.

A player was advertizing in zone in The Rift a free vampire bite. We went to the place and they infected me with vampirism. I did give them some gold in return to reciprocate.

In the early days of ESO (might even have been during beta) i got stucked in cyrrodil. Just missed a cleft between a wall and a rock and didn't get out on my own (yeah I know ... very smart ^^). /stuck or /reload didn't work in cyrrodil at that time so i called out for help in the zone chat. It was a player from a opposing alliance that stumbled over me and instead of killing me, as I requested, he lured some guards to my position so I could try to "charge"-free.

It didn't work, and someone else told me to just enter another campain to get myself freed, which finally did the trick... BUT I am still very impressed and thankfull for this piece of upright fair-play mentality the player expressed. May Akatosh guide his steps! :-)

-IGoHAMnCHZ - Crafted me a Nightmother's + Willow's path gear after we did a vet dungeon as a PUG. I've never met him before that dungeon run. He said he was just tired of me dying because I didn't have the proper gear for higher vet levels, lol.
It wasn't until days later when I realized what his name meant

-I killed Molag Bal as a 47 and went into my first Vet zone the same day ZOS accidentally buffed VR mobs to super VR mobs (This was before the VR nerf). Went into a public dungeon and got slaughtered immediately. Then I got an invite from 2 upper level Vets. I told them I was too underpowered for this dungeon, but they just told me to stick with them and they'll help me get the achievements. Which I did. After we were done they went back to standing outside the dungeon waiting to help the next player/group. One of them also gave me gold to fix my armor

-I also met a small guild whose sole purpose is to help new players through the pre-vet zones. They're mostly composed of Vet players and their lower lvl alts. If a group would need a tank or healer for Fungal Grotto, they would log into their appropriate level tank or healer and run the dungeon with them. Doesn't matter how many times they've run that dungeon w/ their alts. They also try to keep their alts within range of that specific dungeon, using them only to help lowbies

The nicest thing done by me to my Guild mate: I gave him a Nirncrux Resto staff. By the way our whole guild is very helpful. They give armour, enchanting, pots and other stuffs to needy without any cost.

I am in dc eu guild where people are keeping really tight. We have 90 people and do pvp and pve. Giving is really basis of our relationships. No exceptions. General rule - no charging. There is really no possibility that u need help in dungeon or in pvp and that u will not find it . I know it sounds impossible but that is how it works for last 4 months. I will not write their names coz it would take long time.

I am thankful for all the wonderful folks who play this game and the fact that we get a chance to experience Tamriel together. Thank you to everyone who has participated in this thread....let's make it just RIDICULOUSLY long by the 25th of Evening Star! Even if we have to go out and do NEW nice things! LOL :)

One time, I was opening chest, when attacked me respawned mob. During opening chest I saw player taking some rune near me. So mob attacked me and during my battle she (female avatar) come and opened the chest, I was fighting about it. I was angry and wrote to chat something as: Thank you :-(.
After a while she send me mail with treasure map and with note: "This was in the chest".
Hmm, if I thinking about it, I don't know if she had bad conscience or she can't look for treasure map......

So, a while back someone made a thread about treasure maps and people were saying they don't find them interesting or worth anything.

I replied that I liked them in general and that my guild had organized a treasure map hunt where we go through different zones together trying to figure out the map locations based solely on the pictures. It's a lot of fun!

So yesterday, someone who had previously detroyed maps they found sent me one in the mail. Thank you!!

I often help other players when I can and have time.

If there is a member of my guild needing a specific weapon or armour with trait to learn and I have it, I make it for them.

I also help others looking for WW and Vamp bites all the time by biting for free. I even paid someone else to bite another player because they were having a hard time finding the spawns and I ran out of bites for that week.

For WW players I give them lots of advice on where go to power level their character within a few hours. Especially if they are in EP.

Before the Scaling, if there was another player having a really hard time trying to find a group to do the non-solo dungeons with and I was a few levels higher than them, I would group up with them and duo it, even if I had been there before, so that they would be able to get the achievements.
Far too many characters to list any more.

The day i got crowned emp on blackwater blade, i went to the rift looking for a vamp bite (costs at the time were 5-8k depending on time of day/availability)

The person gave it to me for free. Not sure if paying it forward, or just nice, or because of emp, but the toon only had 12k on it at the time, so it saved me half of my cash on hand.

I think the nicest for now, from an almost complete stranger, was buying me vet 10 Soulshine necklace. For those who don't know, that's jewelry set #1 for endgame magicka based dps and it results in...interesting prices - despite it being vet 10 GREEN jewelry I wasn't able to find the neck for less than 40k. Which is more than I agree to pay for trying out a build. We were discussing that built with a guildie I'd run a couple dungeons with and I told him I lack the necklace to try it out...after which he just went and bought it for me and refused to take any money ._.

There was also a friend who, thinking he was gonna leave game soon(he didn't after all) just gave me and a couple his other friends 150k gold(he had over a million, but still).

There's also a certain OP someone who ran COH with me and my friends again and again and again til we finally got no death. Even though he had no death himself before I ever set foot in COH. And even after wiping on last boss for 3 hours on or first go, he didn't tell us we suck. After running with many, many dfferent teams I've come to really appeciate that. Thank you for your patience, Eranzar<3

I also try to be nice to people myself, that includes giving out rare motifs, recipes, tempers, free crafting etc. That's probably why I'm always broke xD I once bought Imperial motif for friend's birthday, it was the last one she needed. Boy, was she happy.
I try to help people in dungeons and in Crag, too, if they're willing to learn and need help. Lots of "group zones/dungeons suck" problem seems to come from player attitude - we need more nice, helpful people out there.

Helped a random vet 3 in Crag a few days ago, she gave me 10k gold as a thank you. Which was abolutely unnecessary, but extremely nice of her:) Be nice and people will be nice to you!

If I remember correctly, once we were talking about horses in guild chat and how much gold we needed to get one (I needed 1001g exactly lol) and a guildie loaned it to me. I was very grateful and quested enough to pay him back within an hour or so and sent the gold to pay back my loan. However I forgot it was 1001 and accidentally sent 1000. A few minutes later I realized my mistake and quickly sent another mail with the missing 1g. Later the guildie mailed back my 1g and said I could keep it. Its not much, but it made my day. I also felt very awkward lol

I'll admit im not the most generous or social, for that matter, person. I tend to solo things and grind for gold. But whenever im in cyrodiil and my groupmate dies, I rage kill their murderer! Its one of the few times I actually survive a 1v1/1v2/1v3 lol I feel so accomplished when the notification comes up on the screen saying I avenged someone.
