My favourite character is my Khajiit Templar, I love him (in a purely platonic way of course)
People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true! Wizard's first rule
Passion rules reason Wizard's third rule
Mind what people Do, not what they say, for actions betray a lie. Wizard's fifth rule
Willfully turning aside from the truth is treason to one's self Wizard's tenth rule
My first character was a sorcerer and I fell inlove with her, but after making a Templar I realized the most logical choice would be a Templar or a Sorcerer.
I'd pick the Dragon Knight but not for the reason you might think.
In all RPG/MMORPG I usually play a caster so naturally I picked a Sorcerer as my main in ESO. Several times in the later years I thought it would be fun to try a tank but I usually don't have the RL time to level an alt.
One day I was playing early hours and there were no PvP or Craig groups so I was bored to death (almost...I'm obviously still alive) so I started to level my DK mule and had a really good time killing stuff with my sword instead of poking them with a stick.
The DK can also dress up in a pyama and be played as a fire mage (which was what I played in WOW - Never liked frost...).
Yeah right... that soft fur...da sexxy eyes...the cute little nose... I don't think its just platonic
ROFL

I'd go with the DK, because it seems the only way to survive with heavy armour and melee weapons only. I'm also trying it out with a Templar atm. He's quit good at clearing out trash mobs in PvE, but I don't see the survivability needed for PvP. Not yet anyway.
Please stop making requests for game features. ZOS have enough bad ideas as it is!
Nightblade. I guess I always liked their attacks better even though I may not be as effective at using as opposed to my Templar or Dragonknight.
I sort of bonded with my NB main as we encountered sets of trials and misfortunes prior to any ability tinkering. I sort of melded into a type of high damage opener-high damage closer fighting style that encountered difficulty against mobs of 3 or more.....then I maxed my skills in those areas and went into heavy armor and two handed, whose siphoning came in real handy when in a jiffy with health.
I started with my DK, but then made a Templar and she is so much fun to play! But second fave is the DK. I tried a Sorceror and it's almost as fun. Haven't tried the NB though, so it might change.
Generally speaking Nightblade. My current being a full magicka stealth. At VR2 he does about 2.5k from initial couched stealth plus the stun. Each "pop" deals crit and stun then once low enough can be finished with assassin blade. Being a vampire with the sta and mag regen plus using dual wield for the extra item set bonus helps a lot. All his abilities are class/magicka base, so stamina can be purely reserved for counter and dodgeroll.
And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.
I've made a V14 NB and DK, and have a sorc and templar in the 40s
part of me leans towards sorc just because bolt escape, my inner ganker leans to NB, and my inner PvE leans to DK. But Sorc just seems like the class of my choice...(Until spellcrafting, champion systems are out, then idk what will be).
