So, I can't take a screenshot (not my computer), but Sheogorath in the first Mage's Guild quest line has like really REALLY bright white eyes.... its kinda creepy and looks wrong.

It is, but it's not supposed to look like that.

When it first happened there was a thread in the NPC Guilds Forum (now a subforum in the PVE Forum).
There where close ups, which showed the image for his eyes had just been cut out. They were weird images.
Most of us have given up on it being fixed.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!

As mentioned, it's been a bug on a couple different quest steps for a long, long time.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
Earn it.
IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

The Australian Accent is like the British or US Accents, it varies all over the place and is rarely consistent.Oooh look, lot's of Butterflies! Wait! Butterflies? Get out of here Sheo, stop bugging me!

The eyes look that creepy, because the white part of the eyeball is missing with just about any colour. The brightest colour you can choose looks quite weird.0 -
