Getting New Sound Effect Wile Fighting

Getting this very annoying sound effect wile fighting mobs. Its the same sound effect you get when you are trying to do something that the game will not allow like trying to mount your horse wile in combat mode. Seems the more mobs I'm fighting the more I hear it. I suspect this is a bug?

If you go into Audio and set your UI sound to 0% then the noise will go away. Bandaid for now. But I suspect this UI sound will be removed shortly. Can't imagine anyone will give good feedback for it.That's going to be hilarious if this sound was added intentionally. ✭✭Anyone else starting to wonder if ZOS has a saboteur on their team? Seems like most if not all of the patches in the 1.5 series have done at best, nothing (remember the /leanbackcoin patch) or at worst, the exact opposite of what was intended.

This new combat noise is soooo irritating.

I'm curious though, how could this not have shown in internal testing? I pretty much encountered it the moment I entered combat in Cyrodiil, and when I was low on Magicka and spamming the button to get the heal off before I died if magicka regen'd enough. I would highly recommend hiring some more testers to test your patches as when patches fail it causes devastation to player confidence. I'm a pretty hardy player being a programmer myself, but I find that patch 5 has been 90% ZoS shooting itself in the foot. Which is terrible timing for it to do so with other competing games coming out with new content.Half the harm that is done in this world is caused by people who have power and want to feel important. They do not mean to do harm; they are simply absorbed in the useless struggle to think well of themselves.
