Evasion + Sap Essence

We recently had the issue where the Momentum heal could be dodged by Evasion. This was fixed as far as i know, but now i noticed the crit heal from Sap Essence still gets dodged by Evasion.

Can you guys confirm this?

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ and @ZOS_GinaBruno‌ can you please let the devs know this needs some fixing? Thank you.

    Any heal from Siphoning gets dodged by Evasion.

    Back in Auriel's Bow 1.0, I have thought that the best way to handicap a faction with the HUGE pop advantage is to temporarily disable their grouping functionality and their ability to fight in 3rd person point of view! Let's see if these do not even up the odds.

    Seems like "dodge chance" will indeed dodge siphon heals, only blur's "Miss Chance" works without effecting them.

    dodge will dodge quick siphon heal aswell. Yay for NBs xD
