Dear Spellscar Grinders

If you are participating in a spellscar grind for any reason (mine, for example, being a quick way to make some chump change or get blues and some purples for deconning), you are most definitely not a special snowflake.

See that group that's running around? You're doing nobody any favors by splitting from that group and killing mobs on your own. Not only is it taking longer for you to kill them, solo, but it's taking longer for anyone to kill anything because you're throwing the spawns off.

Stop it.

Sincerely,

An annoyed person who just needed a quick 2k gold and had nothing to sell at the time

You do relalise that more people in a group = penalty from the experience gained? its actually faster to level up solo or duo. If you only have 2 members total in a party you don't get penality, if you have 3 members your experience is reduced by 25%, if you have 4 members or more ur exp is reduced by 50%.

    Yes. It's terrible.

Anyway a tip for SpellScar . Don't be a vamp and just farm the fire atro region where you will be alone most of the time.

Also the public dungeons in V8-V10 zones are easier to farm for quick cash.

Trust me being a vamp is soooo much better for spell ar farming because with devouring swarm you can kill the mobs and get healed at the same time, but I'm v14 now so I don't care really.

Nope.Pretty much any class has a much better ultimate for pretty much anything and in SS you can generate so much ultimate that you can spam them. SpellScar is still a good grind for skills at VR14 and a decent spot to get quick gold.

    Yes.
Most people still just do those Dwemer farming runs though. I find it quite funny that some of the people that were most against grinding are the one most enthusiastic about that long infinitely boring farm for ugly motifs.

I love to grind in Craig, but I can not find any grinding partner to help out. I really with that the LFG UI tool have a grind options in it. It stands for "Looking For Group" and it does NOT stand for "Look For Dungeons." I want to found a group that grinds, not dungeons and it will be cool if that is added as an option in the LFG tool.

    Dear group grinders,
Please stop coming into my area and stealing my Ore, flowers, Wood and cloth. I'll try not to kill your silly mobs, as long as they don't say something about my momma! Unfortunately, one of them always says something about my momma.

You want to farm a quick 2K, try void stone ore

How do you know that some of them were against grinding? Do you keep a list of those players and then watch who goes to grind? Where are you getting your facts?

I kind of see the two as separate. A person is against folks grinding V1-V14 maybe because of some notion people are "missing the game", but are all for farming motifs by doing actions that are 99% similar to grinding XP, because it's part of the game.

I personally giggle at the notion that grinding is somehow different than questing. Questing is rarely more than go to point A and collect 5 flowers rinse and repeat. Of course, I'll have to kill 5-10 mobs to get those flowers. I really like the quest that send me to point B, report back to point A, get sent again to point B, report back to point A and maybe get sent to point C. Of course, all the back and forth is just killing mobs going in and coming out.

Grinding = skipping someone telling me to go kill 10 pigs and collecting their snouts.
