Where's my sphere?

I'm confused by this reward system a bit, I hope someone can clear it up for me but, I've been a member since February 5th, which is over 9 months now. I took a month, maybe two off, but I've definitely been a member for more than 6 months.

the earliest you could have been billed for a sub fee would have been 5/7 (which is May). The people that have been playing since early access where given 5 day free game time because of all the down time during that early access. Because of that we weren't billed for the first time until 5/12, which is after what they said was the cut off day, again 5/7. However if you write a ticket you will get the pet, which is what i did
Also if you did take a couple months of you wont get the 6 months needed then. Again because the time they starting at is May7th, the first day they started charging

Not quite true. The point whether you will get the pet or not by submitting a ticket is hit or miss. Bunch of people have received the canned email saying "Thanks for your info, you should get yours next pass." And yes, those posting are in the same boat, bought early access, started minute one of early access, and never let sub drop. ZOS just loves keeping the aggro level simmering. I've got 45 or so more days left on the sub, and they won't be getting any more of my money till maybe 2016, if they're even still around.

Have you paid for the 7th month on or before 7th November, (not including early access, free time & the 30 days included in the purchase of the game);
if yes open a support ticket,
if no wait until after you have paid for the 7th month & the next run of them being released before making any further comment

Yeah, I checked the other day, I've had seven payments taken out, but since I'm not actually fussed on pets I haven't complained.

Yeah, I checked the other day, I've had seven payments taken out, but since I'm not actually fussed on pets I haven't complained.

This is not about pet (well, not only about pet).

really? i guess I got a nicer person that answered my ticket, he gave the reason of the 5 free game time as the reason I didn't get it but still added the pet to my account. I know its only a cosmetic thing and I do not even use the pets but its the principle that I have played so long and we that have been around since day 1 shouldn't be penalized because the early access was so messed up they gave us 5 free days

Kind of is, we can still play the game, only issue is the loyalty reward not being in our mailboxes.

The weird thing is that my friend, who subbed at the exact same time as me with early release and has been subbed the whole time doesn't get his until december (I got mine when they came out last patch).

I'm also playing & paying since early acces, and didn't get my pet, made a ticket, they said I wasn't subscribed long enough and should get it somewhere begin december.... while I have been subscribed as long as anybody can be subscribed.... Zeni logic...

i wrote a ticket and i was told "no, you are not eledgable for the dwemer pet"
i have been here since september 2013. i enjoy eso and love anything dwemer related. i have been here alot longer then and paid for more then 6 months.
2014. i have NOT recieved the dwemer sphere pet. even tho i am supose to get the dwemer pet i have not.
and i have proof that i am elidgeable
