Vetran leveling - haven't been paying attention!

I haven't really be paying attention to all that's been going on regarding Veteran levelling beyond noticing that it's been getting a lot of attention.
However I've just turned VR11 and the climb to VR12 is absurdly slow with my experience bar hardly moving upon completing a quest.
Are things meant to be this slow from now on?

I just made a post about this. They promised faster leveling. We're left with slower leveling, and no substitute.

Potenza✭✭✭✭✭Im VR11 and completed Caldwells Gold. I am getting about 4995 xp points per quest and 49 points per mob in Cyrodil. I went to Cyrodil because I cant solo quest in Craglorn - every mob I encountered there is like a world boss to me. They reduced the amount of xp required to 1 mil but it is still uber slow rate of progression.1 -

Doing quests and dungeons will make you level faster thank before, while grinding mobs has been nerfed.
This is an important step for the future CS system so this is fully intended and balances things out.0 -

Post 1.5.5 (loaded this morning as I think that the Euro server is patched later) the bar's shot up to about 50% full so I'm thoroughly confused. This was due to a ui error showing that you required 4mil xp per level as of 1.5.5 this has now been fixed to show the correct 1mil xp requiredDelta

Outside mobs are actually giving more xp than dungeon mobs. With my V4 killing same level mobs, I was getting 445 xp per kill. While in dungeons, I was getting 100+ xp per kill. Dungeon boss was 400+ xp, with the reward for completing the dungeon at 3k+ xp.
