Stuttering got so bad in this game after latest patch, can't walk 10ft without randomly dropping about 20FPS every 5-10 seconds.

Wish that were the case. Even on the dev live streams I can see they have the same stutter. All my friends do to. Maybe people aren't as critical as us that do see it and do not see it.
