What's this bonus that I don't get on morphing skills?

I'm about to morph Solar Flare IV and have the choice between Dark Flare and Solar Barrage. Both options talk about a bonus that does not apply to Solar Flare, Dark Flare or Solar Barrage. What's this bonus they talk about?

guybrushtb16_ESO✭✭✭✭It means that after hitting something with dark flare, your next spell will get a damage bonus, but only if it is not another dark flare again, so you can't just constantly spam dark flare and get the bonus for every cast.
Speaking of which, both solar flare morphs are pretty much worthless and shouldn't be used for damage anyway, except maybe dark flare for when you really want that healing debuff.0 -

I play this Templar as a Khajiit, with a bow and medium armor. Probably all wrong, but hey, 'play it like you want'.
