Blur skill causing the heal from Rally to miss.

Blur causes enemies to have a 15% miss chance when attacking for 20 seconds. When I have Blur up my heal from Rally sometimes misses. Is Blur functioning properly here? Is Rally supposed to be seen by Blur as an enemy attack?

✭✭✭1. dont use Blur. It sucks(:D)
2. Rally is not supposed to be seen as an enemy attack. Iv heard problems with it missing you, you DODGING the heals; the skill is having some trouble right now. report it and im sure ZOS will fix it. i have regained some faith in them lately, and im sure they can fix this simple thingEdited by Cody on November 14, 2014 9:36PM1
