all classes are fully capable, each have their strengths and weaknesses
So if at endgame I decide to go healy with my templar...Ill be dime a dozen?
How are templars as tanks then?
Trying to figure out what I want to do when I reach max level...I don't like to play classes or builds that everyone else is playing. I like to be a little unique and take the path less traveled.

I'm putting full medium, bow and 2h on my dk tank tomorrow for fun and see what's gonna happen in Cyradiil! Full weapon damage build.
Sorry for a bit of off topic.
In any case, if you don't care about mainstream then use whatever you like! I suggest you level up all weapons and armor skill lines to get the best idea what you really like.

He asked nothing about this Mainstreamthing, he asked if the Templars are the only true Healers in Game. I explained some Mechanics and for sure, for Fun i would Play a big 2H too.
But i choose the Class with the best healing Mechanic for pure Healing because i want to be a Healer in Game.

Yes true, but a Templar is the only class with "smart burst heals" that target a player at any position.
Any class using a resto staff will only have AoE heals and it's difficult to get everyone to stack for that when avoiding boss mechanics. You could argue "rapid regeneration" or "mutagen" as a smart heal but those aren't burst heals so that's a bust. Don't get me wrong a resto staff can do it but it is much less consistent.
This only really applies to raids and vet dungeons. All the other content can be healed with the resto staff.

Eh, relax! He asked about weapons, too.
in most content other classes can heal as well. For End Game content, templar healer or GTFO
I must say it is disheartening to hear that if you are going into endgame, you are cornered into one class per role for group content. Thats not very ES like, more mmo like but I guess thats that.
