Arx Corinium - Sister of Waves never appears

This is the second time I've tried this, not sure what I am doing wrong but when I drop down the waterfall there is no Sister of Waves NPC here.
She wasn't here the first time either, so I went and did Blessed Crucible to let the instance reset and came back.
I guess it is bugged? Anyone done this recently?

Ra1ne✭✭Are your dungeons mode settings set to Veteran, rather than normal? Happened to me..that was the cause. Worked fine when switching to normal0 -
Valymer✭✭✭✭✭Interesting, I hadn't thought of that. There is no Veteran version of this dungeon, so I assumed that it switched back automatically, but I guess I will do it again and see.0

Valymer✭✭✭✭✭I bug reported it but was told just to skip it for now while they check it out. Haven't been back post patch to try it, though I couldn't solo it now anyway I am guessing since everything would scale to me0
