Booberic Motif?
I tend to give Jedi a pass on a lot of things. In this case, I think you can cross off the "chance of hacking off bits of yourself by accident" part.dodgehopper_ESO wrote: »The Dual Bladed saber from a combat standpoint is ridiculous, and really more dangerous to yourself than it needs to be. They would have been better off creating something more like a polearm lighsaber/spear/naginata or a greatsword style weapon. The geometry is just terrible, and while I really enjoyed watching Darth Maul do jumps and kung fu, the Dual Saber is probably one of the worst weapons I've ever seen: Two swords would have given far better range of motion, without the chance of hacking off bits of yourself by accident.
