NEW CLASSES: I would love to see a Bard class where people could be focused on leading the fun, doing original poems or songs, etc. Also, a merchant class where individuals could open a small shop.
HOUSING: Both for guilds and for individuals. Could be implemented like an apartment building - you enter a lobby, and then go to your place. I'd like to display trophies on the wall and decorate it according to my race.
ARMOR/CLOTHING: Would like to see the aesthetics separate from the damage protection so you could make design changes, outfits that look good.
PETS: Wish my pets could do something. Like help in fights.
DUNGEON SUPPORT: I don't have any friends who play and solo a lot due to odd hours. Pickup groups are very ineffective in dungeons. Why not add some mercenary NPCs who could be your dungeon team if you need to solo a group dungeon.

I agree with all of this. Emotes like lute are cool but same old song. Let have Bards! Housing other hand maybe hard to do in a MMO but add carts to horse i be happy. Armor - Agreed. Pets - Agreed. As for Dungeon I HATE PvP and Group fights (I like MMO/PvE for crafting and helping friends finding mats and trading) but hiring Mercs would be cool idea.Agree with OP, plus I would like:

Ok this would be awesome. I can just imagine a Bard character playing and singing in the middle of battle, raising their teams spirits and their stats along with it.Agree with OP, plus I would like:
