Don't use Elude and Rally together, if you do Elude will cause you to "dodge" the healing ticks.

demonlkojipub19_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Good observation. But, its known and was supposed to be fixed with yesterday's patch, but failed to happen properly. 1.5.3 patch fudged up for na knly apparently and several important fixes including being able to block and dodge momentum heals didn't really make it.0
