yep...it makes no sense when compared to other amrour traits.
you kill a Dwemer and there should be a chance of picking up a "Dwemer trait stone" and not refining scrap into one.
Let's face it...you can find a Daedra heart in a dresser and not by killing an actual Daedra. I mean...who in their right minds keeps a Daedra heart next to their bed?
