Vampire sugestion

I have read and even partcipated in many of the various vampire threads.
I understand people on both sides of the fence very much want control over how their character looks.
My thought for a middle of the road, works with the Justice System, idea would be to add another skill to the vampire line.
Blood Thrall with 3 buyable ranks.
This skill reducese the aparent stage of vampirism while in town. Visable stage is reduced by 1-3 levels.
Being at stage zero would be the normal character look.
It would be assumed that though that evil blood sucker that you are, someone somewhere is enslaved to your will to slake your thirst in town.
One rank would be enough - I hope - to keep city guards from killing stage 4, but otherwise law abiding undead from being killed on sight.
The grat thing is that it would be entirely optional - have a cost, thus making it fair, the cost would, in the sceme of things be pretty minor.

Agreed. Whoever came up with the design should be shot in the foot and only admitted to hospital when he manages to find 3 other people willing to maim themselves the same way in order to accompany him.

✭If it could make stage 1-3 look like we did at character creation it would be great. It should however be an illusion nonetheless that breaks at stage 4 with all the trouble that will entail.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I like it. Either the stages themselves need to be changed so that the initial stages last MUCH longer OR we need to have other ways to more easily remain in the earlier stages.
