All,
Several days ago, I reported that the Spectre's Eye 5 piece set was not working properly, and it has went unnoticed by the Community Managers. Please verify all abilities and report back here with any that do not proc the 5 Piece Dodge Chance upon activation of Magicka Based Abilities.
The following Magicka based abilities do not proc the 5 Piece Set Bonus with the Spectre's Eye Crafted Gear Set. I have also attached links to my Twitch Streams showing these abilities not actually working.
Templar - Aedric Spear Tree
Puncturing Sweep
Templar - Dawn's Wrath Tree
Power of the Light
Blinding Flashes
Templar - Restoring Light Tree
Purifying Ritual
Mage's Guild
