The previous weekly is bugged, I had not appeared on the leaderboards after completing on both of my accounts and did not receive a coffer or mail, among with other people too.

This is really frustrating and also happened to me. I have been relying on the weekly coffers to supply me with my last mending set ring for a few months now and make sure I always get all of the coffers I can to up my chances.
