Healing ward fix

Restoration Staff
Healing Ward (Steadfast Ward morph): Fixed an issue where the shield heal from this ability was being applied when you refreshed the ability. It now correctly only applies the heal if the shield duration expires.

    Thank you Zenimax for this fix. It was very frustrating when trying to 1vX and running into a healing ward spammer. Sure they run out of magicka, but so did I trying to kill them xD

    Gimped, nerfed and degraded to Negate-monkey status my Sorc will always be there. Fighting away and releasing white globules of pure joy on my opponents faces (power overload, what were you thinking?).

    GL with it. 4 archers shot me with it, and a templar attacked me, CC-ed me, and well.... 4th lethal arrow killed me LAWL. lethal arrow now is not that good. Its crap compared how it was.
