Vampire worth it for magicka regen passive?

Is being vampire worth it if you just want the passive +10% magicka regen and wont be using any vampire skills?

The lower health regeneration and lower fire resist are easily countered by stats and glyphs on jewelry and armor. My main is a Nord DK Vamp, and I don't find the health regen or fire damage to be an issue.0 -

You could glyph something else if you were nota vamp.. Its not worth it only for the mana regen imho1
