Look I know there are hundreds of sets, styles, and levels of the Soulshine set. But for the love of the Queen, why in the world does it stop at VR10? Why cant the @developers simply add it to the VR11 and up loot tables. Its a world drop set you can get off practically any mob. I simply cant stand either being under gear level in gear nor can I stand being pigeon toed into something I don't like. It's not that hard to copy and paste. Now @developer if you say its on the V14 drop table then might I suggest you improve the drop rate because it seems to be the rarest drop in the game because it apparently doesn't drop.

That's far from being the only set that drops within a certain level range. There are other sets that don't drop past level 25 to 35 that would come in very handy later on in the veteran levels.
Warlock only goes to VR12, Sanctuary only goes to VR5, Syrabane's Grip VR5, etc....

Well since we are talking about 15 point difference on stats between lvl 10 and 14 and since I think the world understands the basics of stat stacking. Those 15 pts could make the difference of 1% or 2%. Not that that's a huge difference but hey every point helps right.0 -

Until you look at the Death Recap and see that it was a 400 to 800 point hit that killed you, 1% to 2% is not going to matter there.
Also, mixing the levels on sets does not have that much of an impact on overall set bonus, its quite a small difference really.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭Not true. Every point does make a difference and anyone that tells you otherwise is either a fool or laughing behind your back. Serious players who want to min max for performance will take every 1% they can get. Proof= the multitude of players that schemed their way to emperor by swapping simply for the 1% or 2% bonuses former emperors get. Simply put, if your not trying to be the best your not trying to win and as a community to have green world drop gear sets simply stop being available in upper level stats (VR14) is pure laziness by the developers. Its not like anyone has asked them to create new skins that require hours of art work. We simply are asking them to scale the gear up to match the levels of the players who want to use them.1
