Lethal arrow and scales - different after 1.5?

I've seen a lot of DKs saying that lethal arrow is getting through their scales more often than before. I'd assume this is lag, but I'm not a dk, so I have no idea if that's the case, but many seem to feel there's something other than lag at play here.

What I do know is that before the update if my lethal arrow was reflected, and I was stealthed or invisible, then I wouldn't take any damage. My character would do the dodge shudder thing like when you shadow cloak right before crystal frags hits, and I'd take no damage. Since the update, reflected shots have been hitting me even if I'm stealthed or invisible. What's really odd about this is if I take the shot while being detected, standing out in the open for all to see me, and the DK reflects it, I can invis before it lands and I won't take any damage. This seems weird and inconsistent to me.

Have they changed the way lethal arrow and scales interact with each other? Did they mean to? Is it only lethal arrow that behaves this way, or all projectiles? Is it the lethal arrow that's behaving oddly, or the scales?

Any insight is appreciated.

    Two things:
    1) lag
    2) Other DK archers. If the caster of snipe is another DK with Scales up, you will be hit by snipe no matter what

    1 is an ongoing problem during prime-time. 2 is players learning the mechanics of the game and evolving.

    I have not been hit by snipe with my scales up where it didn't fit into one the two mentioned categories. Though I'd love to know if other DKs have a different experience to me.

    I'm not a DK and I don't use scales. I'm talking about my from stealth snipe shot that they aren't even supposed to see coming. My big hitting opener that makes people cry "Nerf!" I'm the one taking the original shot. It used to hit their scales, come back to me, and my character would auto dodge it. My stealth would never break, and I'd get a second chance. Now it hits their scales, and then hits me even if I'm stealthed or invisible, and then breaks said stealth or invisibility. I'm used to things breaking my stealth and cloak, but this is a new one.

    Disregard. I misread your statement. You were talking about snipes getting through the scales, and I was focused on me. Color me narcissistic. :p

    Ever since that "fix" about reflected projectiles not creating a mirror/multiple projectiles.

    A lot of the times a projectile will just pop/disappear on my scales and then hit my opponent a second later (invisible projectile).

    Also, there's a health desync if a projectile is reflected twice...

    Bugs.

    I can confirm that, while in stealth, if your shot is reflected you will get hit. Unlike before 1.5.

    Also, Focused Aim is able to track vanished targets IF the cast time was started prior to vanish being used, and can be chained permanently until a roll+vanish happens for as long as the user spams the button.

    Another undocumented change is, all forms of Force Shock are reflected as well as light resto attacks. No idea if this is intended.

    Now this is what I have experienced, they may be legit undocumented changes. Or they may be some bug. But I can assure you they are not lag. It's like every major update they do. They introduce a lot of unforeseen results, due to poor QA.

    Give it about a month and we should get a clearer sense of what's supposed to be and what's not.

    The bolded part has always been the case. The whole skill and its morphs is considered a projectile. Same with Destructive Touch.
