When will the console versions be available?
Just like the name implies, we were promised this a long time ago, at launch, and it is no where to be seen

Lord_Kreegan✭✭✭✭✭A major portion of the base code will be the same; the interfaces (input and display) differing because of the different platforms. However, once console code is released, it is rather difficult to patch (comparative to PCs). They do not want to put out a console version of the game that is largely incomplete in terms of functionality and also buggy, so I presume they'll wait until they are sure the base code is stable and all functionality (e.g., the Thieves Guild, the Dark Brotherhood, and the justice system), zones, and other content ae present.
My guess is that will be a while. But keep in mind that they must certainly be doing concurrent development... and the PC release is somewhat of a testing ground for the console product.1 -

They will certainly have a dedicated forum on the console's game fora. There has been an ESO forum for the Xbox One since a console version was announced. I will probably transfer there since it will be far more relevant than this one is for me. The community that developed within the Skyrim forum was friendly, supportive, informative and helpful. Did I mention friendly?
As you can guess, I google for a console release date regularly. The last official word I have found was in the last Road Ahead which said it was still being worked on and he hoped an announcement could be made soon.Scura di Notte - Altmer Nightblade (gear)

I wasn't actually dissing the console versions per say I should have clarified.
The common belief is that the consoles will be more or less polished. However im deathly afraid that this will not be the case.
I just have a feeling more issues will come to fruition due to the consoles they may or may not have anything to do with the pc client. Which is why they should have their own subforum.

How do you play when you can't tell which items you wan't keep and not sell/deconstruct? I would love to play with console but it won't be possible if they don't fix the broken UI first.0 -
