and the debuff lasts only about <4 sec instead of 10. (spamming BoL the 4th cast after beeing debuffed heals again/for full value)

glavius✭✭✭✭✭It's much more common now with all the lethal arrow snipers. Wasn't such a big issue before since there are very few spammable heal debuffs in the game.1

glavius✭✭✭✭✭Just tested Reverberating bash heal debuff. It debufs 40% but doesn't stack with itself. It does however stack with disease enchant for 90% debuff when it procs.1
